The test files for the chrome://extensions page had the 'extension_'
prefix (e.g., extension_item_test.js). This is unnecessary, and just
makes folks have to type more. Remove it (e.g., item_test.js).

This CL only moves files and updates the references in
cr_extensions_browsertest.js.
