media: KeySystemConfigSelectorTest cleanups

- Make test constant names more specific.
- Use auto where applicable.
- using Requirement =
  blink::WebMediaKeySystemConfiguration::Requirement;
- Move ASSERT_TRUE into SelectConfig*() functions.
- clang format
