Style fix of TSFTextStoreTest

This CL revises TSFTextStoreTest as follows.
- Initialize variables
- Declare types in anonymous namespace when possible 
- Use DISALLOW_COPY_AND_ASSIGN when appropriate
- Use scoped_refptr when appropriate

There is no behavioral change.
