[LayoutNG] Remove stale flag-specific expected.txt

popup-allowed-from-gesture-initiated-event was changed to
testharness.js. LayoutNG had flag-specific expected.txt due
to different space collapsing in text dump. This patch
removes the stale expected.txt.
