All usages already replaced with TopicInvalidationMap.

Additionally, this CL adds tests for TopicInvalidationMap (based on the
tests we had for ObjectIDInvalidationMap) and cleans up its interface
from redundant ToString() and ResetFromValue().

There should be no behavioral changes.
