Removing lint suppressions allows our new code to benefit from these
lint checks.

Regenerate lint-baseline.xml to account for UseCompoundDrawables moving
from lint-suppressions.xml to lint-baseline.xml.

Removed from lint-suppressions.xml:
- UseCompoundDrawables
- UselessParent
- UseMinSdkAttributes
- ValidFragment
- VisibleForTests
- WebViewApiAvailability
- WrongCall
