While trying to update libxml I noticed that the libxml changes were
polluted with updates to auto-generated autoconf files in the libxml
tree due to autoconf/automake/pkg-config version mismatches between my
workstation and the version that they had been generated with. Since
these files are autogenerated on every run, it is safe to remove them
from chromium (most of these files are already in libxml's .gitignore).
