To repro, create a page with:
<iframe src="..." aria-hidden="true"></iframe>

When swiping left/right, TalkBack shouldn't navigate to any elements
inside the iframe. The fix is to mark those nodes as not "interesting"
internally, that means we won't navigate to those elements.
