GpumemoryBuffer based VideoFrames are input to
VideoEncodeAccelerator in ARC++ and also Zero-Copy case.
This adds a test case where the input VideoFrames is
GpuMemoryBuffer based one and its pixel format is NV12.
Note that our product code strongly assumes the pixel format is
NV12 in Zero-Copy path.
