IndexedDBContextImpl had the following two member variables:

  IndexedDBDispatcherHost indexed_db_factory_;
  std::unique_ptr<IndexedDBFactoryImpl> indexeddb_factory_;

The first name was confusing. Renamed to:

  IndexedDBDispatcherHost dispatcher_host_;

to avoid confusion.
