Extends the PageSpecificContentSettings & associated delegegate to
inform the audit service of access to:
	- DOM (Local) storage
	- File System
	- Service Workers
	- Web Database

The CookiesTreeModel is also updated to report deletion events for these
storage types to the audit service.
