Pass mouse events to chromevox's mouse_handler.js, and fire hover events on mousemove. This allows mousemove events to cause spoken feedback using the same functions as touch exploration. Mouse events are only rewritten if the chromevox option speakTextUnderMouse is enabled. Note: chromevox only receives mousemove events when the mouse is down. Temporarily, this functionality is used by holding the mouse button down and moving the pointer around the page.
