        Function relativeScriptsDir doesn't return the correct relative
        Scripts directory.

        * Scripts/webkitdirs.pm:
        (relativeScriptsDir): Ensure we use the directory that contains
        webkitdirs.pm, not the one that contains the original script that
        was invoked.
