chrome://omnibox/ which exists on Android, is using the following
shared WebUI icons

IDR_WEBUI_IMAGES_CANCEL_RED_SVG
IDR_WEBUI_IMAGES_CHECK_CIRCLE_GREEN_SVG
IDR_WEBUI_IMAGES_ICON_SEARCH_SVG
IDR_WEBUI_IMAGES_ICON_REFRESH_SVG

via chrome://resources/images/ URLs, and therefore these images need
to also be available on Android.

This was revealed after r827954 where the images are no longer inlined
at build time.
