This patch implements navigator.getWakeLock(WakeLockType) and other
necessary interfaces such as WakeLock and WakeLockRequest to provide
acesss to Screen wakelock for now. Latest WakeLock API spec can be
seen here, https://www.w3.org/TR/wake-lock.
