This patch adds trace events using GPU timer queries to measure the
composite time per frame. The trace events are per quads and uses the
ready timestamp to synchronize with the trace timeline.

NOTE: This only works on intel mesa based devices. Other drivers may
not work as expected.

Test: Manually ran trace events on atlas device.
