Roll ChromeOS Silvermont AFDO profile from 86-4183.57-1597055597-benchmark-86.0.4229.0-r1 to 86-4183.57-1597055597-benchmark-86.0.4231.0-r1

If this roll has caused a breakage, revert this CL and stop the roller
