ChromeIdentityService::GetCanonicalizeEmailsForAllIdentities()
is unused.
And also removing GetCanonicalizedEmailForIdentity(), this function
is only used in AuthenticationService. This method can use the user
email instead of the canonicalize email.

The implementation is removed with:
crrev.com/i/3326972.
