This CL converts CallStackProfileCollectorPtr and
CallStackProfileCollectorRequest to new Mojo types.

It uses Remote, PendingReceiver, and Receiver instead of
CallStackProfileCollectorPtr, CallStackProfileCollectorRequest,
and binding.
