pidfile.

SPDY frames were leaking when used with DataFrame and OutputList.
HUP signal will now reopen the log file.
Remote IP obtained for 'forward-ip-header' was incorrect.
Added connection idle timeout.
Fixed up pidfile handling.
Flip server now creates and locks a pid file.
