This cl contains the following changes:

1- Renames OnShowAppsReady() to OnAppListReady() since the original name
is misleading. OnShowAppsReady() implies that payment sheet UI is shown;
While it is called only after .show() has been called and all available
payment apps have been created[1]

2- Matches the Android implementation with desktop.

3- Changes HybridRequestSkipUITest to verify that both Gpay and autofill
apps are available when skip to Gpay does not happen.
