Add Additional Autofill Test Filters For Win7.

A few other autofill tests that weren't explicitly called out
in the initial bug have the same issue it seems, so filtering these
out as well:

AutofillRestrictUnownedFieldsTest
AutofillCreditCardInteractiveTest
AutofillInteractiveIsolationTest
AutofillInteractiveTestWithHistogramTester
