Disable Webdriver WPT test release_actions/sequence.py

Disable Webdriver wpt test
external/wpt/webdriver/tests/release_actions/sequence.py>>
test_no_release_mouse_sequence_keeps_dblclick_state, because right now
we do not support keep the touch and mouse events' status in
gpuBenchmarking.pointerActionSequence.
