[Fuchsia] Allow update_image script to get bucket from sdk-bucket.txt

Get bucket from sdk-bucket.txt unless specifically overriden.
Replace --bucket flag with --bucket-override flag
Remove nargs from --boot-images, which was causing weird flag behavior.
