Disable v8.runtime_stats.top_25 on Mac

There's a bug (linked) where one story is failing, calling other stories
to unexpectedly skip. We originally thought that this was limited to the
stories with the Ads prefix, but ebay.fr has started failing and it's
clear that our original belief was wrong.
