accessibility/inline-text-box-next-on-line fails (more than before).

This test has started to fail more than before in disable-layout-ng.

New sub-test failures:
|NextOnLine| and |PreviousOnLine| on paragraphs with anonymous blocks
|NextOnLine| and |PreviousOnLine| on multiline inline elements
