Fix compile problem in GwsIntegrationTest.

Fixes a problem due to a change in ChromeTabUtils#waitForTabPageLoaded
no longer supporting the signature used in this test.

This CL adds that signature back as another supported configuration for
ChromeTabUtils#waitForTabPageLoaded.
