[piexwasm] Add raw.nef test file

I made a .NEF test image. It contains only a "thumbnail" image, and it
has no "preview" image. To be used in resolving issue 1039141 and issue
1039147. The RAW .NEF image has orientation 6 (when rendered the image
should appear rotated 90 degrees clockwise)
