scanning: Add more StartScan tests to LorgnetteClientManager

Add several more unit tests to LorgnetteClientManager to cover the more
complex cases which haven't been covered yet. These mostly involve
successful end-to-end scans, as well as one failure for a scan which
started successfully but failed before completing.
