Suppress failing WebGL2 test on Pixel 2

This test started failing after
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/angle/angle/+/1952166
probably due to a driver bug that's mentioned in that CL.

Suppressing to keep the waterfall green while it is investigated.
