Add test suffixes in parameterized viz_unittests

For pixel tests with a single parameter for renderer type, implement
improved test name suffixes. For example, the test name
"RendererPixelTest.SimpleGreenRect/1" might become
"RendererPixelTest.SimpleGreenRect/SkiaGL" which indicates the test uses
SkiaRenderer with the GL backend.
