NTP: Update baked-in thumbnails for welcome page and webstore

The new images have the proper size for display on the NTP. This should make them look a bit less blurry. Fun fact: These images were last updated in 2011 [1]. Somewhat surprisingly, the web pages haven't changed much since then.
