sheriff: delete BridgedNativeWidgetUITest.HitTest

This test doesn't work and can't be made to work on 10.14+: it
requires CGEventPost (because window dragging is handled by the
WindowServer), which either pops a permission modal or simply
does nothing depending on system config.
