[CrOS MultiDevice] Update/add multi-device strings.

These updated strings were provided by UX.

This CL is almost identical to jordynass@'s CL here:
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1112899

I copied it and am submitting it as a separate CL since all strings
are supposed to be landed before the week starting 6/25.
