Remove bad Win7 baseline for virtual/dark-color-scheme/fast/forms/color-scheme/scrollbar/horizontal-scrollbar-basic.html. It looks like this was intended to match other Windows versions, like the other pixel baselines, but slipped through the trybots because of a lack of a Win7 trybot running this test. Removing the baseline causes it to share the /win/ expectation, which appears to match the actual result on Win7 bots.
