2020-07-17 mbonadei@webrtc.org Add presubmit test to use RTC_OBJC_TYPE on RTC_OBJC_EXPORT types.
2020-07-17 handellm@webrtc.org Rename CriticalSection to RecursiveCriticalSection.

If this roll has caused a breakage, revert this CL and stop the roller
using the controls here:
