Rename a printing_strings.grdp to printing_component_strings.grdp.

r560826 added chrome/apps/printing_strings.grdp, and the duplicate file
name made part of the translation pipeline unhappy. Rename the file in
components/, to be consistent with the solution for
bookmark_strings.grdp.
