Test Mesa 20.0.8 on Linux FYI Experimental Release (Intel HD 630)

With Ubuntu 18.04.5.

Also focus Linux FYI Release (Intel UHD 630) on this version.

And try re-enabling tab_capture_end2end_tests on this OS version.
