TestExpectations: Add new names of upcoming WPT web-animations tests

There was a flurry of activity in upstream WPT on February 15th when Mozilla
exported several changes to web-animations/.

Some tests were renamed and later heavily modified, and our infrastructure
cannot recognize those renames. Since some of the changed tests had entries
in TestExpectations, I'm manually adding ones with the new names so that
things continue to work (some of those tests have been blocking WPT imports
for several days).
