Remove Fuchsia timeout expectations from 5 web tests

In February 2020 many web tests were timing out on the Fuchsia bots. The
underlying issue appears to be fixed (see
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1055553#c58), so
re-enable them.
