service worker storage service: Move more unittests

The following test uses ServiceWorker{Registration,Version}.

* InstallingRegistrationsAreFindable
* OriginTrialsAbsentEntryAndEmptyEntry
* AbsentNavigationPreloadState

ServiceWorker{Registration,Version} can't be used from the Storage
Service. Move the test to service_worker_registry_unittest.cc so that
service_worker_storage_unittest.cc can be moved to the Storage
Service.
