Cherry-pick of change to fix incorrect "Date modified" metadata for RAW
files.

click the "information" icon at the top. The date shown under
'Date modified' should match the date modified shown in Files app (and not
the current date/time).

Test: Open a RAW file via the files app. It will open in Backlight. Then,
