Storage & dmurph@ metrics cleanup

This change:
* Fixes places where I incorrectly put costan@ instead of pwnall@
* Finds all forgotten metrics from dgrogan@ and assigns them accordingly
* Adds mek@ to SessionStorage metrics
* Extends all important metrics to M95
