[getUserMedia] Add tests for the fix in crrev.com/c/1708136.

crrev.com/c/1708136 fixed a bug so that when a device is unplugged and
it was either a 'default' or a 'communications' device, or both, an
onended event is triggered.

This is a follow-up CL to add tests for it.
