[Autofill Assistant] Changed onboarding terms & conditions.

The text was changed to match the description in the doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rtaxREBeL9gp4vRcwGgoxkGlQ8ns08aZqBxRUNrTUqc/edit#bookmark=id.kzi3ubtldlm3. Also fixed an issue where a line break was inserted in between the 'learn more' link.
