Deprecate ManagedGuestSessionAutoLaunchNotificationReduced

Changed ManagedGuestSessionAutoLaunchNotificationReduced
policy description to state that it's going to be deprecated
as ManagedGuestSessionPrivacyWarningsEnabled policy is being
launched in the Dpanel instead of it.
