[omnibox] Update triage readme with additional link.

The triage readme includes a link to bugs.chromium.org filtered to omnibox
related but -component:UI>Browser>Omnibox issues. It mentions the view can
optionally be filtered to the last week. This CL adds a link filtered to the
last 2 weeks.
