Move selection tests from fast/writing-mode to editing/selection

The following tests are moved to editing/selection:
fast/writing/mode/japanese-lr-selection.html
fast/writing/mode/japanese-rl-selection.html
fast/writing/mode/vertical-lr-replaced-selection.html
fast/writing/mode/vertical-rl-replaced-selection.html
