Don't clobber results when GL_CLIENT_FAIL_GL_ERRORS is set

The ScopedResultPtr returned by GetResultAs<> needs to go out of scope before
CheckGLError can be called, when GL_CLIENT_FAIL_GL_ERRORS is set.
