ChromeBrowserMainExtraPartsViewsLacros class holds an instance of ImmersiveContextLacros, child of chromeos::ImmersiveContext. chromeos::ImmersiveFullscreenController (see crrev.com/c/2488225/) needs ImmersiveContext, so this is an incremental approach. Currently, ServiceWorkers are never considered cross-origin isolated and do not share a process with their parent page if they are. While safe, this has significant performance impact, because a new process needs to be spawned. Instead, a ServiceWorker that specifies the Cross-Origin-Embedder-Policy set to "require-corp" will be considered cross-origin isolated and will be able to share the processes. Important note: Fresh ServiceWorker installs do not have access to the headers, and will be put in non cross-origin isolated processes. Because of this discrepancy, we do not enable the javascript crossOriginIsolated bit. This will be done once this problem is addressed. Changes: * This CL compiled the //components payment targets into //weblayer. * Created WebLayerPaymentRequestFactory as an entry into java payment request service from web layer. * Added a base::Feature "WebLayerPayments" in PaymentFeatureList; used it in WebLayerPaymentRequestFactory to prevent accidental calling the WebLayer payment request service under construction. * Shared ChromePaymentRequestFactory#InvalidPaymentRequest with WebLayerPaymentRequestFactory, and stored it in the newly created PaymentRequestFactoryUtils. The change is mostly mechanical replacing defined(OS_CHROMEOS) with BUILDFLAG(IS_ASH) and GN variable is_chromeos with is_ash. Only the insertion of "//build:chromeos_buildflags" into appropriate deps in BUILD.gn is done semi-manualy. The change should not change the behaviour of any build. This is in preparation to switching lacros build from target_os=linux to target_os=chromeos so that lacros does not include any additional code due the switch. Please note that any new defined(OS_CHROMEOS) and is_chromeos introduced to should be consistent with the new meaning. Please refer to this short document http://go/lacros-replace-chromeos-macro-with-ash for full context.
